I Help People Ready to Thrive and Lead in Life

ADHD is not a deficit to be managed. It is a different way of being in the world - one that, understood and channelled, carries extraordinary capacity for creativity, connection, and impact.

My coaching practice provides a reflective, practical, and deeply human space to understand your patterns, leverage your strengths, and build the systems and strategies that help you thrive - in life, work, and leadership.

I received my own ADHD diagnosis while serving as CEO, responsible for a team of 1,100 people. That moment clarified everything. I understand ADHD from the inside - and bring my lived experience alongside professional expertise into every session.

I build genuine relationships through authentic curiosity, positive challenge, and shared humour. All my work is bespoke, planned collaboratively, and delivered at your pace.

Coaching with me is Developmental.

Lasting change comes from working on our inner game - mindset, values, beliefs, and how we're wired - and understanding how these interact with the external world we're navigating.

My approach is unapologetically ambitious, empathetically candid, authentically empowering and unequivocally human. My work is based on the conviction that self-knowledge is the bedrock from which everything else is built.

Team leader at desk

'I have found a Coach who enables insight into organisational and human dynamics…Someone I trust immensely, and someone thoroughly invested in me. I leave our sessions energised with clarity.'

CEO, UK Non-profit

Relationship quality, leadership impact, and genuine fulfilment run parallel to the extent we understand ourselves.

When we're confident in our identity and clear on our values, we build more authentic relationships, make braver decisions, and unlock our potential.

How ADHD Coaching Can Help.

ADHD Coaching can help in many ways.

  • Shift from effort to ease: understand and leverage your ADHD strengths

  • Increased self-awareness and clarity - and the confidence to act on both

  • Practical strategies and systems that fit how your brain works

  • Support through life transitions - planned and unplanned

  • Deeper understanding of how ADHD shapes your relationships, personally and professionally

  • Increased resilience, agility, and genuine fulfilment

  • For families: shared understanding and practical tools to thrive together

  • Focus on what is important and high-impact, rather than just urgent.

My Approach

I draw on an integrated set of frameworks, experiences and perspectives.

Professional Background

I have been CEO twice, securing £24m in funding and leading a £53m organisation - overseeing diverse, geographically dispersed teams of up to 1,100 people across non-profit, public sector and consultancy. My background spans education, business transformation and building cultures where people genuinely flourish. I bring lived experience of intersectionality, leading through complexity, and what it actually takes to perform at the highest level - through the moments that test you most.

Leadership and Psychological Frameworks

I draw on a range of leadership and psychological frameworks, tailored to each client’s needs. For example, using Positive Psychology approaches alongside the Enneagram enables us to combine schools of thought spanning modern psychology to philosophy. This blend helps illuminate the lens through which we view the world, and understand how this shapes our leadership, relationships, and choices.

Māori Interconnectivity and Systems Thinking

I weave Māori interconnectivity principles with Systems Thinking. My family in New Zealand carry the Māori understanding of whānau ('fah-no') - a concept of family that extends to those who share purpose and journey together. Alongside this, the principle of iwi - community and belonging - shapes how I think about leadership, connection, and our responsibility to those around us. For ADHDers navigating complex systems, this perspective is grounding and expansive in equal measure.

Trinity

Trinity is a very small (1kg), gentle, calm, and friendly Emotional Support Dog. Where beneficial, she can accompany coaching sessions. Simply by being present, Trinity supports with anxiety, frustration, self-esteem, attention, and co-regulation, and can ease conversation around previously difficult subject matters (Schuck et al., 2015). For families and siblings, she provides a shared positive focus and a natural pathway into coaching conversations.

Qualifications

MBA (Exec.) (Distinction) | MSc Executive Coaching and Organisational Consulting (3.865 GPA) | Cert. Tracom Social Styles Diagnostics | Cert. Aephoria Enneagram | PG Cert. Education & PG Dip. Special Educational Needs (Distinction) | BA (Hons.) African Studies (2:1)

Somatic Practice and Nature

Somatics is the practice of listening to what our bodies are telling us. Neuroscience shows the vagus nerve - the messenger between brain and body - carries around 80% of its signals upward, from body to brain. For ADHDers, who often experience heightened physical sensitivity, learning to read and trust those signals is genuinely transformative. I also draw on nature as a coaching context - bringing perspective, clarity, and a sense of something larger than the immediate.

Masters in Business Administration (Exec.) (Distinction) | Masters in Executive Coaching and Organisational Consulting (3.865 GPA) | Cert. Tracom Social Styles Diagnostics | Cert. Aephoria Enneagram | PG Cert. Education & PG Dip. Special Educational Needs (Distinction) | BA (Hons.) African Studies (2:1)

Who I Work With

Adults Navigating ADHD in Life and Work

Whether your diagnosis is recent or long-standing, coaching provides space to understand your patterns, shift from effort to ease, and build practical momentum - personally and professionally.

Families

ADHD affects the whole family system, not just the individual. I work with young people and students with ADHD to maximise strengths and build supportive structures; with siblings - who are often overwhelmed, overlooked, or unsure how to understand their experience; and with parents, offering space to reflect on the broader dynamics of individual, partnership, and family life.

Executive Leaders

I offer a confidential, rigorous space to explore the interaction of leadership and ADHD; how this shapes decision-making, leadership style, and relationships; and how to leverage ADHD’s benefits whilst navigating high-stakes environments. I coach clients across a diverse spectrum of industries, including technology, education, SaaS, financial services, legal, private healthcare, consulting, non-profit and public sector.

Clinical and Therapeutic Referrals

I work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and clinical practitioners. Coaching is different to therapy - it provides a structured, facilitative space to translate insight into practical action. Many clients benefit from both modalities. I maintain clear professional boundaries while aligning with clinical goals, and my ICF and EMCC membership ensures the highest ethical standards throughout.
